How do I perform a factory reset on my DTX DSP?

There are times it may be necessary to restore a DTX to factory defaults. One primary example is if User Administration is enabled and the user password is forgotten. Factory reset can be performed via UDP command to the unit.
1) Verify that the firmware version of the DTX is at least 2.1.210611 or above.

2) Send the Factory Reset hex command via UDP to port 6001 of the DTX unit using a UDP sender app such as Packet Sender or Hercules. The Factory Reset code can be found on a sticker affixed to the DTX. The code can be identified as starting with 'A5'.
If your DTX does not have such a sticker, for security reasons, you will need to contact Aurora support to obtain the code.
